Sandra (Sandy) N. Lockwood, CEO
Sandy has over 35 years experience in the private career education field.  Sandy is respected and recognized across the industry as an educational operations and management expert.  Her extensive regulatory and compliance expertise is valued and sought.  

An entrepeneur by nature, Sandy founded three schools in the South and merged them with a larger group of schools encompassing campuses in California, Florida, Georgia, New York, and Washington DC where she became Senior Executive Vice President. She has also been the Chief Executive Officer and an operating shareholder in another group with multiple campus locations and programs. 

Sandy has been deeply involved with national accrediting activities for many years having served as Chair of the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education & Training (ACCET) Board of Trustees as well as Chair of ACCET's Accrediting Commission.  She has chaired over 150 evaluation review teams and represented ACCET before the National Advisory Committee.  She is currently the Annual Conference Chair.  Sandy has also served on the Board of Directors of the Travel Industry Association of Georgia as well as the Board of the Georgia Wildlife Association and is active in community affairs.   She is a gradute of Emory University in Atlanta, GA.



Darlene Foret, President
Darlene brings a broad spectrum of expertise to the company from her experience in the career colleges and schools sector.  Darlene has worked as a professional in the education field for over 21 years.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Jacksonville University and her Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University.                                                                                       

Darlene was a stockholder and Vice President of Operations of a multi-campus postsecondary organization of career colleges and schools and had oversight of the compliance, academic and operational success of each campus.  With many years experience developing and implementing program curricula, reviewing and assuring regulatory compliance, managing administrative & fiscal operations, and directing and leading faculty in providing an outstanding educational product and environment, Darlene offers EDvice clients outstanding expertise.
